    We confirm your address and first pickup day and bring you branded bags. Payment is in advance, by bank transfer.

  3. Step 3. Bag at the door by 10:00.

    In the evening or in the morning. One branded 60‑litre drawstring bag.

  4. Step 4. The courier collects it between 10 and 12.

    Takes it to the shared bin and sorts the waste into the right containers.

Questions

Do I need to be home?

No. The bag is outside your door and the courier picks it up.

I forgot to put the bag out by 10:00.

The courier comes once, between 10 and 12. If there's no bag, there's no pickup that day. The next one is tomorrow.

I have more than one bag.

The plan covers one branded 60‑litre bag a day. If you need more, call our hotline.

How does the courier get into the building?

After signing up, send us the door code on WhatsApp at 593 14 22 33. You don't need to enter it on the website.

What about construction waste, furniture or bulky items?

They're not part of the subscription. You can arrange their removal separately via our hotline.

I'm going away. Can I pause?

Yes, for up to one week per quarter. Let us know in advance via the hotline.

How do I pay?

By transfer to our Bank of Georgia account, a month in advance. Use your phone number as the reference.

How do I cancel?

Let us know and don't pay for the next month — pickups at your address will stop.
